We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds due to a change of mind.

• Cancellation requests made after order confirmation

• Orders that have already been processed or shipped

• Any similar or related reasons not listed above

Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

• The item is defective

• The item is damaged during delivery

• The incorrect item was received

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
